Heat the ghee & crackle the seeds

Heat the ghee until it shimmers. Add cumin. Watch for a shade darker; listen for the sizzle.

The why · Bloom, don’t burn

Hot ghee dissolves the seeds’ fat-soluble aromatic oils. Gentle roasting deepens the flavour. Too much heat turns those same aromas bitter.

Can I try rasa before joining?

Yes. Browse the recipe collection and explore the free recipes. A membership unlocks the full recipes in your chosen kitchen. See the plans.

Do I need to download anything?

No. rasa works in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your Home Screen using the instructions above for easy access.

Is it just for my cooking?

rasa is home to three kitchens: recipes for you, Little Rasas for your child, and Rasa Paws for your dog. Choose an individual kitchen or explore the bundle on the plans page.

Will everything work offline?

Keep an internet connection for the full experience, including AI Chef, signing in and syncing your kitchen. Adding rasa to your Home Screen does not make every feature available offline.
